AA Co. Preschool & Child Care Fair

Announcing  the Anne Arundel County Preschool and Childcare Fair on January 25, 2020 at Westfield Annapolis Mall.

The Anne Arundel County Child Care Association (AACCCA) and Chesapeake Family Life are joining together for the Preschool and Childcare Fair to provide parents with information about childcare and preschool options in Anne Arundel County. 

Registration for exhibitor space is now available. There is special pricing available for AACCCA members (as of 10/1/2019).

Early bird pricing is in effect until November 30.

New for 2020, a Westfield Annapolis Gift Card giveaway to encourage registration by attendees, and for an additional $25 exhibitors will have access to the names and email addresses of attendees interested preschools and childcare. 

The following are encouraged to participate:

• Center-based and family childcare centers

• Preschools 

• Before and after programs for school-aged kids 

• Summer camps 

• Enrichment programs 

• Healthcare resources for children

Each exhibitor space will include a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Limited electricity is available and must be requested at the time of registration. The fair will take place in the wing of the mall near the library and Crate & Barrel. Each exhibitor will be more successful if they provide a small craft or project for children to do at their table. Chesapeake Family Life will promote each activity in advance when we have the information. 

This one stop fair for parents will have professionals on hand to talk about the Maryland State Department of Education’s child care quality rating system Maryland EXCELS; school system services for young children with physical or learning challenges; health services for infants, preschoolers, and their families; and library services and programs. Mini workshops for parents will be held throughout the day. 

The event is free for parents to attend.
